In the weeks leading up to little sister's arrival we all did a lot of waiting. Edie kept telling us we were going to "bring sister home soon." But we were all a little unsure of just how soon it would be. Here is a slightly blurry picture of my huge belly at about 36 weeks. We got baby sister's room all ready, and then we waited...
We decorated little sister's room with some fun insect fabric. I made a new curtain and a matching crib-skirt, and Grandma and I made a butterfly mobile. The prints are from a really cool book with black and white illustrations of insets and the plants they live on.
